HOW TO EARN MONEY AS A TEEN

This year, I have earned a lot of money, to be able to myself a Macbook. Lots of my friends have asked me how I managed to get all of this money, so I thought I would put together a post to show you.

1- Find a subject you're good at and give lessons to children. You can advertise with mothers you know and ask them to tell their friends.

2- When you receive money for Christmas or your birthday, save it.

3- Tell your family that you would just like money for your birthday or Christmas as you're saving up.

4- Offer to babysit for families you know.

5- Do jobs in the house to earn some pocket money.

6- Keep track of what you earn in a notebook, so you know how much you spend as well.

7- Plan how much you think you can earn a week, and by when you think you'll be able to purchase whatever you were planning to buy.

These are my tips on how to earn money, I've used all of them in the last few months, and I've been able to earn a lot. I hope it was helpful for you guys.

TOO FACED SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE BAR PALETTE REVIEW

I’ve finally got round to writing this post! Sorry it took me so long, I had actually completely forgotten all about it. I picked up the Too Faced Semi Sweet Chocolate Bar palette quite a while ago. I had heard so much about it I just had to try it out! It’s one of my most used palettes at the moment, because I love the shades.
They’re most on the pink side than the original Chocolate Bar. The colours are very pigmented, and they stay on for a really long time. My favourites, and the ones I use the most are Rum Raisin and Peanut Butter. Even Blueberry Swirl is stunning, but I find it hard to wear it out, as it’s quite a stand out shade.
I also love the smell, chocolaty of course, that makes me very very happy every single time I open it. If you are looking for a palette that’s on the nude/pinky side, I highly recommend this one. Have you ever tried the Chocolate Bar palettes? Love, Sara xx

KIKO MATTE MUSE LIQUID LIPSTICK SWATCHES AND REVIEW

It’s been a while since I last brought any makeup product, as I’ve been saving up like crazy for my MacBook, but now that I’ve bought it, I felt like I owed it to myself for a little treat in Kiko and Sephora. When I went to Kiko i found 5 amazing liquid lipsticks, the Matte Muse Liquid Lipstick collection. There are six colours, but when I swatched them in the store I felt like two the shades 05 and 06 were really similar, so I just didn’t pick up the shade 05. Let’s start from the beginning.
Shade 01 is a subtle and innocent pink, and I absolutely love it for just a simple day look.

Shade 02 is a darker pink, which looks amazing with a brown smoky eye.
Shade 03 is definitely very vibrant. It’s a fuchsia colour, and it’s great to add a pop of colour to any look.
Shade 04 is a very bright red. It’s shiny and very sexy, and with a little black dress, it’s the perfect accessory for a night out.
And finally shade 06 is a dark, vampy red. This is actually my favourite, as I prefer dark or very neutral shades of lipsticks.

These lipsticks are flawless, and they dry really quickly, staying on all night/day. If you’re looking for some new liquid lipsticks, that are all the rage these days, then head over to the Kiko sight and give these a try.
Have you ever tried any Kiko products? Love, Sara xx

OOTD:CONCERT

A few weeks ago my band had its first official gig. As we’re supposedly grungy/rock, I couldn’t dress up and go in a dress, so I picked out a simple outfit that I thought would make me look the part.

HOW TO GET BEAUTIFUL AND SILKY HAIR-TRESEMME LUXURIOUS MOISTURE

For a really long time my hair has been really ruined, dry and with way too many split ends for my likings. So I recently bought a new shampoo and conditioner to see if I could get my hair in better shape. I read a lot of reviews and asked lots of shop assistants, and I finally came to the conclusion that the TREsemmé Luxurious Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner were the right option for me.
And I was absolutely right. I’ve been using them for about a month, and I can already see such a big difference. Unfortunately I still have a few split ends, but much less than before, and my hair is much more moisturized, and not longer dry and dull. Lots of my friends have asked me if I’ve been to the hairdresser recently, as it looks so new and shiny. I’m absolutely loving the new shine and definition in my hair, and it’s given me new confidence to try new things with my hair, that I wouldn’t of done before because I didn’t like it. If you’re feeling like you want to give your hair a HUGE makeover, then get your hands on the TREsemmé Luxurious Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner and I guarantee that you will be very satisfied with your purchase. What’s your favourite hair product? Love, Sara xx

URBAN DECAY SMOKY EYE PALETTE REVIEW

This is my third Urban Decay palette, and they never cease to impress. I absolutely adored the Naked palettes 1 and 3, so I thought I would try out their new one that everybody has being talking about. Starting off with the packaging. They have certainly outdone themselves as it is stunning, and I am in love with I every time I pick it up. They’ve gone for a marble metallic look and I’ll say it once again, I am in love.
When you open it up, there is a double sided brush, as always, but this time the brushes are different. One is amazing for applying and the other one for blending, and the bristles are extremely soft. The shades are actually quite similar to the original Naked palette, except it has a few darker coulours, and less nudes. I will admit, I haven’t picked it up often, and I’m not sure if I’m absolutely in love with it yet, but it’s definitely one to have in your collection, as it’s great for a dark dramatic smoky eye.
I have three favourite shades: High, which is a glittery vanilla colour, and is amazing for the inner corner of your eyes; Armor, a metallic silver that is definitely not an everyday shade, but certainly an beautiful one; and lastly Smolder, that’s a dark autumnal shade, that’s nearly on the purple side, without looking too unique, so it still looks amazing with just a little black dress. I’m still working out how exactly to combine the other shades in everyday life, especially as lately I’ve had a few new palettes to try, that you guys will see soon.
I definitely do recommend this palette though, it has the shades to create some beautiful looks, so send me a pic if you give it a go.
Do you own this palette? Love, Sara xx

PLAYSUITS AND PRETTY PASTEL SKIRT

For this last post about my outfits in Spain, I thought I would put together two looks: my travelling one and our last day there. This playsuit is absolutely gorgeous and I’m so sad I didn’t get a full length picture of it! It’s really flattering as it pull in on the waist, so it accentuates my curves in all the right places. It has full sleeves, but there is also a button to keep the sleeves three quarter lengths, which was great as it was boiling! I paired it with a pair of simple slip on trainers from Zara, and a hat that matched the grey in the playsuit.
The next look is a really pretty vintage skirt that I found in a charity shop, and I absolutely adore it! It goes really well with this knit crop top from Zara, and a pair of simple sandals from Pimkie, which I’ve now had to throw out as I’ve worn them so much.
Playsuit: New Look
Hat: New Look
Shoes: Zara/out of stock
Sunglasses: Zara
Crop top: Zara
Sandals: Pimkie/out of stock
I hope you’ve enjoyed these outfit posts. They’re the first ones I’ve ever done I think, so I hope they’re not too bad. There are some more coming up soon, as I took some pics in Paris and a concert ootd, so make sure to come and check to see if they’re up yet, or just follow my social media to be sure you don’t miss anything! CORDOBA OUTFIT

While we were in Spain, we went to visit Cordoba, a really pretty town about an hour and a half from Nerja, where we were staying. We visited the town, so I decided to wear something comfy as we would be walking around a lot. As you can see, there are two different tops, because I wore this outfit two different days, and I wanted to show you both options. The first day I wore a loose cropped t-shirt, with a pair of really comfortable high waisted  shorts from Zara. I paired this outfit with simple slip on trainers from Zara, which I adore.

The next day I wore a tight, black crop top that I thought looked great, especially if I had added a plaid shirt around my waist, but unfortunately I didn’t have one with me.
Top 1: Domyos
Top2: Pimkie/Out of stock
Shorts: Zara
Sunglasses: Zara

FRIGILIANA OUTFIT

On our third day in Spain, we visited Frigiliana, a beautiful town up in the hills. It was so picturesque and I thought I would wear something that would look good against the white walls of the houses. So I wore a really pretty dress with roses on it, and some simple gladiator sandals. I later regretted wearing sandals, as my parents practically forced me to walk up a hill in them, and it wasn’t the easiest thing ever.
Dress: the dress is out of stock, but here is the same patterned crop top
Sandals: Zara/Out of stock
Sunglasses: Zara
