HOW TO MAKE ITALIAN CIAMBELLA

This is my all time favourite cake, which I have been making ever since I can remmeber, it’s really easy to make, so don't worry if you’re new at cooking!

INGREDIENTS
200g butter
4 eggs
pinch of salt
75g melted dark chocolate 
220g sugar
325g self-raising flour 
7 tbspns milk (105 ml)

PROCEDURE
Grease and flower a 26cm ring cake tin, and preheat oven to 180º. Melt the chocolate. 
Beat together the butter and sugar, then add the eggs one at a time. Add the flour and salt. 
Put half the mixture into a bowl, and add the melted chocolate to the other half. 
When you put the two mixtures in the tin you can alternate them in blobs, or do two layers, it’s all up to you.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
